5.2 APPLICABLE LAW
- By accessing or using the services provided by BB Academy ("Contractor"), including but not limited to online courses and digital content ("Course"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
- The Contractor provides the Customer with online access to intellectual property, including course materials, upon full prepayment.
- The Customer may access the Course at any time after payment and within the specified access period.
- The Customer may use the Site and Course exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The date of payment is the date when the funds are deducted from the Customer’s account.
- Payment methods are determined by the Contractor and will be communicated via the website or other channels.
- The date of service provision is the date the Customer receives access to the Course materials via the website.
- The Customer agrees to a 100% prepayment for the services.

- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. By purchasing the Course, the Customer expressly agrees that access to digital content is provided immediately, and therefore, the right to withdraw (refund) is waived upon access to the Course, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- The Customer may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Course materials without written permission from the Contractor.
- By using our services, the Customer consents to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The Customer’s personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR (EU) and FTC (USA) regulations. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union, depending on the Customer’s location.
- The Contractor may request consent to use materials created by the Customer during their Course participation for marketing or advertising purposes.
- The Contractor is not responsible for service disruptions due to factors beyond its control (e.g., server failures, cyberattacks, legal changes, natural disasters).
- The Contractor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Course.
- This website is not affiliated with Mojang AB. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB.
2.2 PAYMENT TERMS
- The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Contractor does not guarantee that the Course will meet the Customer’s expectations or result in specific outcomes.
- Modification of Terms: The Contractor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance.
